Skip
earned his Bachelors degree from the University
of Georgia in 1988, and subsequently entered the
University of Georgia School of Law. Georgia Law
is one of the nation’s most highly regarded
and selective public law schools, with a faculty
comprised of a Pulitzer Prize winner, Fulbright
scholars, and former law clerks for the U.S. Supreme
Court. Skip achieved his Juris Doctor degree in
1991, and began his career as a lawyer for a Midtown
Atlanta firm that year. By 1997, he had gained the
experience necessary to open the law firm of A.
Spencer McManes, Jr., P.C. Today, Skip’s accreditation
includes an “AV” rating (the highest
possible) with Martindale Hubble, the oldest and
most respected lawyer directory in the U.S. |

Cheryl
received her Bachelor of Arts from the University
of Florida, but soon found her true passion in the
legal field. She is well-traveled and has worked
for numerous law firms in Washington, D.C., Florida,
and Georgia. Cheryl takes pride in helping people
restore their lives to the way they once were, and
she’s inspired by the physical and mental
progression that their clients make en route to
rehabilitating their injuries. Cheryl has been an
asset to Skip McManes’ team since 1996. |

Joie
received her Bachelors Degree in Journalism from
the University of Miami in 2000. She began her career
working for a real estate attorney in high school.
Her most recent job was working for an expert witness
in accident reconstruction. |
